To place an order using Capital Bonds please follow the steps below:

Step 1:
Decide which product(s) you would like to order from our website and note for each product the item 'code' and if applicable the item 'variable' for the product you require. The item code and the item variable can be found on the items product page.

If you add the items to your shopping cart as you go this will aid you to keep track of the items and the order total.

Step 2:
Complete the required details in the below form and add your selected item codes to the 'Order Details' section of the form along with the quantity required, please remember to include the address to which your order should be sent.

Step 3:
Submit the 'Order Form' and we will process your order for you within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email detailing your order after it has been processed. You should check the confirmation email thoroughly to ensure your order is correct.

Step 4:
Send the Value* of Capital Bonds required to pay for your order to:

* Please be advised that we cannot repay any unspent funds provided. Any inadequate payment receipts will be invoiced, goods will not be sent until payment has been received in full.

For example:

If your order value is £58 and you send £60 worth of bonds you will not receive recompense for the £2 difference.

If your order value totals £58 and you only hold £40 worth of Capital Bond Vouchers your order will be processed and the remaining £18 will be electronically invoiced to you via email allowing you the opportunity to pay the £18 difference via debit or credit card.
