This is not some strange variety of chicken but two breasts together in the shape of a butterfly. The Cajun coating is of a medium heat and deliciously savoury with southern spices. It can be used in various ways making either one large portion or two small ones; it can also be enjoyed served cold. COOK FROM FROZEN, or if preferred it can be sliced and used in a stir-fry where the coating will flavour the rest of the ingredients.
**PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of this product there must be someone available to accept delivery at the address supplied at the time of delivery. Delivery of orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Food will be packed with dry ice to ensure it remains frozen during transportation. Failure to receive delivery may result in your food defrosting, if your delivery is missed there will be no recompense for any loss.**
